Sandakan Seafood Dinner Night Out!

Seafood lovers out there!

Sandakan is the best seafood in Sabah. I had a group that love seafood. Their intention was to come over to Sandakan to try the variety of seafood which is on offer.

We went to IJM town which is about 6 miles away from Sandakan town centre and the restaurant of chioce was Empire Seafood Restaurant. Our order was as follows:

1.Manila clams soup(沙白汤)
2.Siput tarik(东风螺 )
3.Steamed prawns(白灼虾)
4.Steamed grouper (清蒸石班)
5.Deep fried calamari(稣炸鲜鱿)
6.Sizzling beef(铁板牛肉)
7.Steamed chicken(free range)(白斩鸡(菜园鸡)
8.BBQ crab (干烧青蟹)
9.Butter baby kailan(奶油小芥兰)
I0.Dessert: Coconut pudding(甜品:椰子布丁)
