Hahaha, KLCC must be expensive! I know of a few morning Chinese Restaurant that serves really good dimsum. :D I know of a 24/7 dimsum restaurant too! 24 hours open and it's VERY cheap!!! Hahahaha, it's called Restaurant Yan Yan A One
