The reputation of taxi industry in Malaysia had been labelled as the worst servicing line. Even though the bad apples do not carry weightage in totality, their hooligan behavior had totally tarnished the industry as well as country image. Most passengers had turned to Uber or Grab which offer lower commuting rate as well as better quality of service. It is compulsory to enforce Customer Satisfaction Examination (CSE) to reckless taxi drivers in Malaysia with immediate effect, anyone has objection?

马来西亚的计程车声誉臭名远博，低俗的素质已经造成整个行业及国家的形象受损。大多数的乘客如今都选择乘搭Uber或Grab，他们的车费比较合理而且服务素质更好。马来西亚必须即刻实施客户满意度测验（CSE），对于鲁莽司机更是强制性，任何人都有异议吗？

CSE stresses the importance of drivers' basic etiquette. Most complaints received related to taxi drivers who reluctant to pick up or drop the passengers at the legitimate designated area. They either stop the vehicle anywhere at their own interest in regardless such action may lead to traffic congestion. Bear in mind that passengers are the one who issue the paycheck, and basic consumer right must be equally protected. It is rather strange this only happened in Malaysia where taxi drivers behave as if they are above the lawmaker and it is totally unacceptable to put the passengers life at risk.

CSE强调司机基本礼仪的重要性，大多数的投诉与计程车司机态度有关。他们都贪方便而不愿在合法指定区接载乘客，这些举动某种程度上会构成交通阻塞。乘客是老板，他们的基本权益不是应该被保障吗？这些莫名其妙的事只发生在马来西亚，计程车司机无法无天的丑态及把乘客的生命置于脑后是完全不能被接受的。

In addition, CSE also mandate the road safety etiquette. As part of the public transport, taxi drivers must aware every of their resemblance portrays the country image towards the tourist. You will know what I meant if you have seen taxi drivers who put their convenience towards other inconvenience. They will transform into F1 drivers who can squeeze into every possible corner just to make way to be ahead.

此外，CSE还注重道路安全礼仪。作为公共交通的一部分，计程车司机必须意识到他们的一举一动都体现国家的形象。如果你经常看见计程车司机横冲直撞，你就会明白我的意思。

Worst still, some taxi drivers still shamelessly request for raise of fares without firstly improvising their service level. They still failed to understand the rising of competencies are shaped, and no one would be able to escape the wave of transformation. As a rule of thumb, only the strongest players who offer premium service will stay. CSE will play a key role in sharing the survival tips to create a win-win solution for business continuity.

最可耻的是，有些计程车司机还无理地提高票价，而却把提高服务水平最首要的事抛诸脑后。他们依然还未意识到转型的海啸已渐渐逼近，也唯有优质服务提供者才能继续生存。 CSE将在关键时刻发挥作用来创造双赢的局面，你认为呢？
