It is an old building previously owned by several owners from the name Menara MAA, Menara Zurich and now known as the Livingston Tower. Unlike any coworking space, Settlements is convenience for foreigners because it has the facilities such as coffee shop, event hall, gym and a hotel inside the building. The place is quite easy to find and got a huge parking lot, which can allocate about 250 cars and it is a free parking from 5th to 7th floor.

At first gaze, I thought it was a studio, but figure out later was a confined space for breastfeeding. It is a weird space cover with curtain only.

I need to search for event space anyway and just in case someone need it. Coworking is a good choice especially when a company department is under renovation. Too bad I didn't get pay for any of this.
Well, if you keep doing what your are doing, you may end up getting paid. Problem is that there are only few coworking space. Only way is that you specialise on this sector and eventually, other companies may approach you to advertise for them one you have your followers.
That will be interesting but I will mostly reject it if their coworking is not up to my standard. If they have a good facilities, I don't mind to write a review for them. It's the best for the visitors to rate it themselves.
Then you will have a different follower. Because your review will be unbiased and those visiting your page will trust your reviews.
That is my intention from the beginning. I have to uphold the code of ethics.

This is similar to office buildings we see in the US. The space I work in however have bit of privacy built in as partitions to separate individual cubicles. Are you an organizers/realtor in business real estate?
I was invited to visit the coworking space only. I not the organizer or the real estate.
Nice review of The Settlements. At least now I have a new choice of co working space whenever I am back. Their Hot Desking rates are the cheapest I believe in Penang since ACAT has raised their prices. Even their 5 day Hot Desking rate is affordable and much cheaper than what I paid to MSogo. Good job with the reviews!

Hmm....the co working space has really kicked off big time in Penang it seems. It will be an interesting space to watch
It took years of effort and contribution from the Penang local tech community to build it up. I watch them grow and help out some of the non-profit events here. I do wish Penang to become the real Asia's next Silicon Valley. Coworking space is one of the initiators.
It is a good initiative. I just hope that more Penangites will take advantage of it. Penang does have many things to offer. Unfortunately, it is too laidback at times making it hard to progress and catch up with other states
