The characteristics that you listed are definitely reliable. Especially so much upfront and with no solid business background to show. MLM may not be scam, but I can say all scam use MLM to disperse.

i am in a group with those ponzi playing people...they play all sorts of ponzi coins...i told them get off now they wont listen...they dont even know what is ponzi...so naive and stupid...couldnt laugh any better now
naive people we cant do anything...they never want to know about blockchain or the tech behind these things....i felt terrible for those who get burned
