I QUIT!
I am thinking about quitting my job but I am not sure if I am doing it for the right reason. Sigh… Deep Sigh… I don’t hate my job. In fact I really love and passionate about what I am doing right now BUT I think I should consider moving on. I believe I am one of a kind of person that have this ”stupid” thought and concerned about becoming obsolete because you have been in a job too long.
I actually have listed down reasons to quit the job that I love but still I am in dilemma too.
#1) Fat paycheck . Obvious reason isn’t it? Even how much I love my job I am stressed over paying bills every month. Thanks to my shopaholic years now I can’t even make ends meet.
#2) I am feeling stuck on the career ladder. True I have achieve my highest promotion working in corporate world BUT I am not happy being on top too. The constant stress, headache and almost jeopardising my health. Sigh again…
#3) Should try something different? Should I or Should I not? I am FORTY this year and I spend 14 years in CORPORATE world and now I’m settling for Non Profit Organisation which I really love doing but…. See reason #No. 1
#4) There is a saying “Do you love your job, but it doesn’t love you”. I kinda feeling this at the moment. Blame it on my hormones though as I am on my period. Lol
Another part of me still reconsidering about this. @verasj what say you?. Decision Decision !!

it's not an easy choice but you have thought it through and you know the good and bad of either thing you pick. I think everything will work out fine for you no matter what decision you make. Good luck! :)
Thanks dear @kenny-crane. I will give it another 3 months again working with community to upgrade their socio economic lifestyle. Let's see :)
