Success is an illusion

Humans are not the same but the one thing remains common in all of us is we all want to achieve success. The meaning of success is different for everyone. For example, success is being able to get straight A's on examination for students but for singers, they might feel successful after being famous all around the world.
We should not create the illusion of success by a lack of its definition because if you can define what success means to you, you will have a greater chance of creating a plan to become successful (Williams, 2018). We should take some time to think about success clearly and carefully so we can move forward on achieving it. We have to remember that everyone has a different path. Just because your friend had become a successful person and you are still studying, it does not mean that you are not successful. It takes time and courage.

Every human craves for success but not everyone can achieve it and being successful does not mean you will always be happy. We wanted to be successful so that we can be happy but happiness does not always come from success. The real meaning of success is when your life is full of happiness and satisfaction (Campbell, n.d.). We will never feel satisfied even though we have already achieved success because success is very different from being happy.

To conclude, success is truly an illusion. What we want are happiness and satisfaction. Success is also can be defined as we finish our work in the morning or finally having a good diet. That means that success is not always being the most popular person or having a lot of income but it can also being productive or changing our habits into a good one. In the end, everything is one's hands.
