GrayBlogicle #2 - Overwatch and Zarya-Applying the energy barrier in Steemit

I've never really cared much for multiplayer games. I especially don't like all those army type games where most of them are in some boring dessert with some run down houses running around trying to get some kills with those boring looking guns.
So I was really excited when I found Overwatch! An online multiplayer game with so many different heroes with different abilities and weapons and skills. There are in total 26 heroes in Overwatch each with their own unique powers. There are 8 offence heroes, 6 defence heroes, 6 tank heroes and 6 support heroes.
I'm not gonna talk about all of them today. I'm just going to pick one of them today and talk about how we can learn from them and apply their powers in our daily lives. Of course we're not gonna go around shooting our enemies, but there are other ways we can use to deal with them (if u have any) and also how to treat your friends, or your working colleagues.
So today I'd like to talk about Zarya. One of the first heroes I played in Overwatch. Don't play her much now as I mostly play support. But I did play her a couple of days before and I have the video of the gameplay below. Zarya is kinda unique, she's actually a tank hero, but she also can be considered a support hero, because of her ability to shield her teammates. She has 2 weapons. One is a Particle Canon that unleashes a short range beam of destructive energy and the other is an explosive charge that can take down multiple enemies. So that's how she deals with her enemies. For her friends or rather her teammates she can give you protection through her energy barrier that absorbs the damage that you get from your enemies. And she also has her ultimate power which is the Graviton Surge that draws in enemies and inflicts damage while their trapped.
This russian hero tag line is "Together we are strong" I think that says a lot already. Zarya is not strong on her own, she has to have a team to back her up. So I guess the same goes in the working environment or even here in Steemit, we all need each others support. And I suppose Zarya's energy barrier can be compared to our upvote here on Steemit. So obviously teamwork is important here in Steemit and also out there in the real world. But some caution has to be applied..friends or teammates can bring you up or they can bring you down. It's ok if your teammates are weak, as long as they are humble about it and willing to improve But be vary of "teammates" who are only interested in their own glory and boosting their own ego rather than the team. And also teammates that want to always bring you down so they can feel good about themselves. There are a lot of players in Overwatch who are like that, sadly. When the team looses they are quick to blame others and put them down. Zarya will not be happy with people like that, so better careful of her Graviton Surge lol.

So let's give our energy barrier i.e our upvotes to whoever you feel deserves it, or maybe even if he or she doesn't, just do it as a way of showing support. Even if your vote is 1 cent (like mine lol), it's ok, it's not about that...it's about giving people our positive energy barrier through our vote. Give them your positive bubble, (which is how Zarya's energy barrier looks like btw), that will make them feel good, even if it's for a short moment. And hopefully the ones who's vote is worth a lot more than 1 cent will use their vote wisely to help bring our fellow Steemians up, rather than use it to boost their own ego.I would like thank @Sndbox-alpha for doing that for me.
