First Labuan Steemian Gathering
In line with teammalaysia vision and effort to boost steemit presence in Malaysia, Labuan had their first gathering and it was attended by 23 eager individuals to learn more how steemit could potentially enrich their life.
All I can say as a new steemian myself, I have gain in new friendships and also glad to do my part to share something wonderful and liberating like steemit. Steemit give the individual the ability to dream big. Why? Because by blogging or vlogging about your passion, you get to earn from it. Who knows that doing little part of sharing, I get to persuade people to open up to life possibility. That has been always been my goal to help people to better their life.
A big shout out to wilsonkoh and diresh for supporting the event and sharing his experience. Like they say, the more the merrier.
After the event, manage to spend quality time with the love of my life . She signed up already and waiting for her approval and password.
The next gathering, we will make it even bigger and will receive payment in steem for the food and beverages. Once again thanks to all attended and hope the door of opportunity will lead you to a path of great adventure and prosperity.

The greatest blessing to the Steemit community in 2017 and in 2018 has been the growing presence of Malaysia. The Malaysian community is enthusiastic as they come in Steemit, they engage and support creators and they really make Steemit feel like a community. In 2018 I hope to see more and more people join from Malaysia. God bless.
