A perfect training ground for future Employees

We managed to grab this opportunity to visit KidZania again, for the 4th time I believe. Thanks to Anne and Robin offering me, @annabellenoelle and @andrewnoel a free entrance.

You see, I'm glad I joined Steemit and started to learn a thing or two about crypto. In this region, things happened exactly like in crypto world.

Kids are required to take up a job, use their time and effort in exchange of few crypto, they named it Kidzo

With Kidzo, kids can choose to spend on what they want. But first, they gotta invest their time in committing a job in order to get paid. Nope, this is not child labor, this is a learning ground and there's no goods and sales tax here despite they have a tax department which you can choose to "work" as a tax officer. No real money involved unless your kids spent all the Kidzo and no longer able to survive, parents will have to fork out Fiat money to buy more Kidzo for their kids.

Playing game is fun, but it requires fund. Kid would go crazy by spending their cash just to experience VR navigating Optimus Prime.

At the convenient shop, you can choose to be a cashier or worker. You wanna see how bad the situation is? There's always more worker than customer! See this to believe it. You will not believe how kids are imprinted with worker mentality when their parents "helped" them to decide what they should do. No you can't be the customer, it will take your money away. Instead they force their kids to stand at the counter to operate the pos system.

See the contrast? The queue for applying job at the convenient shop, the queue is so long. And the customer experience, only a handful.

For 15 minutes, there isn't customer at all. Seriously, this is under productive. Kids are trained to stand there and get paid. There isn't entrepreneurship at all. Everyone is trading their time for small wage.

More parents "guiding" their kids to sit down and patiently wait for next recruit, great opportunity to work with the pharmaceutical firm.

What I learn today, is what I learnt over the past few months with steemit. We already know how to survive in the crypto world. There is no "money" anywhere, there's only value. I am going to teach @annabellenoelle and @andrew blog and get paid, us Steem to trade Kidzo with me! In future, these kids will be working for their own instead of other people.

Next time, @andrewnoel and @annabellenoelle will be coming in with heavily loaded account traded with SBD! No they're not going to spend time as a worker anymore. They're going to spend and enjoy with the value they earned from SBD here!

This time, a car salesman. Selling a car to get 4Kidzo. Next time, @andrewnoel will bring 4000kidzo to buy the car if 0.1%commission per sales(that's like how much? 400$🤣)
