Bending Reality

Last night, i took a masterclass called Bending Reality by Mindvalley. I was intrigued by the word "Bending Reality" as prior to the class , i was quite a believer that we as a person is capable to charter the path of our life toward what we want or dream for or as what the masterclass titled "Bending Reality".

After going through the 90 minute Masterclass, I find it not only insightful but has but certain endorsement to what i have believe in all this time, given a word to a believe that i have and proving that i got it right all along.

What was even important that the masterclass have given me a chance to reassess my life and my priority. I am so thankful that i decided to take that masterclass and given my time to it.

After reassessing my life priority, one of them that came up what my health and fitness. This is something that i have put aside and have not given much attention.

This time around, i needed to a plan to get my health in order, not just a hoping that things will get sorted out with just bit of sweating off here and there. I need to really get down on it.

The reason why i decided to put up health and fitness as one of my priority , is purely because of little @matthewdoughty, i want to make sure that as he grows up i am able to be there for him in my best health condition. giving my optimum best in whatever i do, i can only do so with a solid health and fitness.

According to my doctor , i need to get my weight down to at least 80, as it is my ideal weight. So, this post is my written down target. My aim is that i will achieve it by year end, hopefully before it.

One of method taught was creative visualization. Learning to emotionally feel what you visualized is crucial in keeping up with the momentum toward your goal .

Lets see if i have it in me again to bend reality. So excited about this journey. Wish me luck.
