Sunday Market
I am sure most of you like to visit the Sunday market. Well obligated actually to restock the vegetables, poultry and maybe some seafood.
It is our weekly routine (hubby and I), to take a stroll at the local market where sellers from the interior part of Penampang gathered to sell their produce. You may find some "kampung" vegetables that could not be found in the normal market.
Variety of vegetables
Rambutan
Talapia Fish
Kadazan traditional food such as bambangan (the yellow fruit), pickled wild ginger root (tuhau) and etc
Watermelon in various sizes
All in all if you happen to go to any of your local market, please do not ask for a discount as the sellers are charging the same as the local market. Support local!
