The worse thing can happen is they gave up.
I actually gave up.. yup.. gave up my job of 10 years to stay away from all the negativity that keeps demoralizing me.. so, sometimes giving up is not so bad afterall.. i feel happier now.. (but of coz bukan senang2 mau give up juga laa)
