Keeping up the BFFs Tradition and Expanding the Steemit Community
Just like other people, my BFFs and I have our own 'BFFs Traditions' that include; celebrating each other's birthday, movie night out, annual BFFs trip, Chinese New Year and Christmas Dinner Celebrations.
Unfortunately, last year December, I wasn't around and thus, we are unable to gather on the Christmas month for our annual Christmas Dinner and exchange gifts. We definitely do not want to miss the tradition and all agreed to make it up once I'm back in KK. Well, better late than never right??
So, last Friday, we went for our (looooong overdue) Christmas Dinner and chose to try out a new Cafe in town. Woo Cafe, located at Jalan Dewan, KK. The cafe is small but good enough for small group gathering. They served good food at affordable price and the service is commendable.

I love outings or meet ups like this with my BFFs because such occasion is an opportunity for us to catch up with each other, exchange ideas and perhaps, lend a supportive ear or shoulder.
I also took the opportunity to introduce Steemit to my BFFs. I told them that Steemit is a social network like Facebook or Instagram, but the difference is that;It is using blockchain technology, and you get rewarded (paid) for creating and curating content! So, why waste time posting on FB or IG, getting "LIKES" but nothing else?
In addition to that, I've noticed that most of the Steemit Community are helpful, polite , have strong positive mindsets and always bring positive values to the community. I want my BFFs too, be surrounded by this community and without hesitation, they signed up for Steemit and are now still waiting for their passwords.
Okay, after our dinner, we requested the staff to clear our table and the main highlight of the night, gifts exchange session begins..
Yay! Receiving Christmas present from Loraine
Me, giving out presents for my BFFs
Us, receiving presents from Annie.. yay!!
Yippie.. another present and this time from Mary!
In the end of the day, all of us brought 3 presents home with big smiles on our faces. We enjoyed our night out and I pray that God continues to shower His blessings upon us and keep our friendship strong.
