Today's recruiter is a combination of a social media advertiser, account manager to clients, trainer to job seekers and at times a speech therapist as well.

Sir it's a really heart post which I see here about the marketing strategy and all the points that you had put here is real important to our business. It's obvious that people do prefer large players but at same time it does not mean we just have to wait . We do have to work on own starategy to drive our potential claim . All the advice that you had given here are practical and I really like your talk.
