Minnows struggles

We called ourselves minnows, the anchovies in the vast seas, surrounded by the dolphins and the whales, hoping someday we'll grow to be just like them.
We toiled all day, we toiled all night, thinking of something new, thinking of something bright, and at last we did it, the first post of the day, this must be it, this will open the gateway.
We checked our post every now and then, only to see the value so mere, we started feeling dejected, disheartened and hopeless. This can't be right, that's all I got for working for hours?
We almost give up, we almost lose hope, can the anchovies make it through this rough seas? Will we ever reach the edge? Swimming nearer to the dolphins at least?
We stopped for a moment, wondering what went wrong, then our fins started moving, we can't give up now, we can't lose hope now. We might be moving slowly, but surely one day we will reach the shore.
We anchovies will not stop trying, we anchovies will keep on trying, someday you'll see...you'll see.
ps: This sounds like a poetry, but it's not, just a simple writing for us anchovies to read. Good morning everyone.

Where we focus on determine our success. Focus on building followers and writing good content. The value of the post is just indicator. So, just refocus and keep going.
Yes I agree, we just can't expect success to happen overnight. Need to start slowly, and still having fun.
