Today I'll like to share with you the difference between Chinese , Korean and Japanese chopstick.
Chinese
These chopsticks are usually made from plastic, they are longer than other. This is because Chinese people have the culture of sharing food, thus this makes it easy from them to pick food from the middle and distributing to other without stretching too much or standing. Hotpot is a common food there too, thus long chopsticks help keep their finger away from hot stock.
Japanes
Are pointier compare to other, this is because Japanese culture consume more fish which have small bones. Which pointier chopsticks it's easier to pick the bone out.
Korean
Korean chopsticks are usually made from metal. The oldent time, the emperor usually use chopstick made from aluminium, this is because aluminium it's said that it will react with poison. This is a way the emperor can see if the food was poisoned.metal is used also because Koreans have the culture of eating bbq. Metal help avoid the chopsticks from melting from the intense heat of the charcoal. Korean chopstick are thin to cut cost.
