Rough Agenda

We need to have a mechanism to reward content creators upholding the values of togetherness, peace and freedom. There are many content creators in platforms like instagram, facebook etc who are under rewarded. The same is applicable to certain extend on STEEM platform also. Another challenge we have is excessive plagiarism which we need to eradicate by enlightening people.

• We have to be working on a curation trail bot : need to discuss and decide when to have this ready
• We need to have a mechanism to register - similar to PAL
• The upvotes MUST be cross checking with cheetah, steemcleaners, spaminator db etc to make sure that no one is rigging
• the VP needs to carefully spend and the algorithm / criteria must be defined.
• ShadowRank is a mechanism we can adopt (suggested by @rainsa)

Minutes of the meeting

1. Why we need the bots - curating content, upvoting, checking for plagarism and and reward pool abuse should be found and discouraged. Further people who are delegating SP for the cause MUST be rewarded as well. New members need support and guidance as well as rewards to be on the platform the bots will also help to reward the new members.
2. Curation Trail - automated curation trail as well as manual trail is disscussed. @rainsa mentioned about the "curators" and manually curating.
3. @crazyman, @funnyman & @bobinson suggested that we need to have a mix of both. We will discuss this in the upcoming discussions
4. For upvoting - we need to avoid posting more than one post per day and also make sure that everyone is helping each other. @crazyman suggested to create a small web application which can used to take care of these aspects. A rough storyline for the web application is shared below.
5. The execution will be done small phases / steps & we will start with smallest steps first.
6. An Alpha phase is the web application, a Phase I (Jan 15th?) will be when we start having a functional upvoting bot & in the Phase II we will create a much more intelligent bot
7. Phase I - A bot which will upvote everyone based on few conditions which @crazyman and @funnyman will update
8. Phase II - A bot which will vote based on percentages of SP delegated and other criteria encouraging SP delegation to the common initiative.
9. The source code to be shared under MIT license on Github for the benefit of larger STEEM community

story line for the web app

1. The web app will be ask for registration with private posting key and will use steemconnect (v2)
2. It will allow 1 post per day & 1 upvote per day
3. Everyone has to contribute interms of upvotes & this will be checked
4. @crazyman - add more ideas please.

An MoM will be published under the tag #teamindia and any revenue from the same will be donated to the TeamIndia rewards/SP/SBD/STEEM pool.
