In a first for Australia, a small coastal town by the name of Agnes Water, about 100 north of Bunderberg in Queensland. Has Publicly announced the whole town is crypto friendly now.

The town currently has 30 businesses and counting who are accepting up to 5 different crypto currency as an option to pay for good instead of fiat funny money, commonly known as cash...

The 5 currencies the local shops are excepting are Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin , Ethereum and NEM.

Amount the businesses accepting digital currencies are, resorts, surf shops, restaurants, real estate, pubs, clubs, petrol stations, clothing shops and cafes.

The town is hoping the move will attract more tech savvy overseas tourists and boost the local economy, and with Brisbane Airport just down the road being Australias first crypto friendly airport, this is a smart move by the costal town of Agnes Water..
