There is a very similar frustration amongst those researching their family trees - especially if they've also had a DNA test done and can see a possible match so tantalizingly close ... but many will not bother responding, or are abrupt and closed-off in their response. Which is strange considering everyone wants the same thing - knowledge!

180 non-copied emails is an amazing feat, so it is a double shame that you got so few responses of any kind.
