The Waffle Project, Deer Park - Australia

Good afternoon Steemians I trust you are all settling into the wonderful community!

Oh my do we have an awesome new eatery for you to indulge in over the weekend or during the week!

Deer Park shopping strip is starting to rapidly change with a mix of eateries from many cultural backgrounds and we're going to get to them all as soon as possible.

But for today we visited the newly opened Waffle Project for an American twist and boy oh boy were we not blown away!

Ash and I smashed down the "Hangover" which is essentially bacon and eggs on waffles served as a tower. However it also included a beef patty which was awesome!

Tahlia selected a traditional American dish, fried chicken and waffles and oh my, it's great that Tahlia shares her food or we would have missed out on a great dish.

All that good and 2 large coffees came in at $42 even.

The coffee was great and they are welcoming to families which is a plus for us! ❤

We'd highly recommend popping in and as they are only 2 weeks old and expecting their own little family soon it would be great to support them in their business.
