The first image used in this post is the first time my wife made salami with my family. It was over 10 years ago and she was freaked out at how it was just made on a table in the garage.
Now it has become an annual ritual that we have continued to do each year.
My grandmother has since gone to a nursing home and isn't able to participate but we take her some each year.
Have a great weekend everyone, we're getting back to work and hanging the meat in the garage!
