School holidays are now upon us and as the last of the warm weather escapes us be sure to fit in as much as you can before we're stuck inside with cabin fever.
If you're on a tight budget like us then nothing is better than FREE entertainment that will entertain the whole family.
Serendip Sanctuary located in Lara is a beautiful nature reserve with wild life in abundance that the kids can get up and close with.
There's even a pond where kids can take a bucket and net and try to find the various wildlife that's part of a natural habitat.
Park hours are 10am to 4pm with BBQ facilities on site, park benches and ample space for the kids to run around.
Only a short drive from home it's a win win, if you're stuck on things to do these holidays why not add Serendip Sanctuary on the do to list.
