Great weather for a BBQ!
If you're around Melbourne today you wouldn't have picked yesterday to have been an awesome spring day!
However it was a great day for a BBQ and I got to work butterflying two chickens to roast on some hot coals!
As you can see I purchased some cages to keep them in form and cook evenly, I also invested in one of those bead starters because sometimes it takes forever to get the coals started! Quicker we get cooking the quicker we eat!
As you can see from the picture below we we're cooking nicely!
I also threw a steak on the coals for good measure!

All in all a great Spring arvo cook up!
