RE: I've screwed up my back again

Thanks Matt!
It's much better now. It's the first few weeks after it happens that are the worst. It's like 2 weeks of hell, then another two weeks of low level torture and then a few more weeks of discomfort and relearning all the basic motor skills. It's not quite like learning to walk again but I do have to re-learn all the basic proprioceptive skills again and get the mind muscle connection back online so to speak.

I have so many severed ligaments and tendons in my legs that just walking requires conscious thought when my back is not injured, one wrong step without planning it first and I end up in a faceplant. So after the nerves get compromised I have to relearn all that proprioceptive BS again and regain my mobility and then work at building a bit of strength again.

I started on some light kettlebell work this week.
