A Gallery in a Regional Victorian Tourist Town has had an Artist drop out of their show, they are looking for someone to fill it with short notice, as in 21st of June, is the hanging date!
- All works must be Australian Artists, preference will be given to emerging artists.
- All Mediums and subjects will be considered excet out and out Hate speech will not be excepted nor will "unnecessarily" or violent/graphic nudity.
- Works must arrive by the prior weekend Friday 15th by courier/post or 16/17th if delivering them in person
- Can be a cohesive group show
*There will be no gallery hiring fee but 25% commission plus GST will be charged on all sold works.
The Space is roughly 17m x 8m with 20 lineal meters of wall hanging space and 7m of street frontage. There are multiple sized and shaped plinths available for the centre of the space or bench seats that can be moved into the space if you need viewing room for large wall mounted pieces.
What's the catch? There is none! I might be new on Steemit ut one of the things I have really enjoyed seeing is that everyone is willing to help eachother out. So comment below if your interested with links to your work and please help by sharing/tagging friends etc to help us get the word out.

Thanks it's a restored 130 year old building which is pretty old in Australia!
It is a shame your on the otherside of the world as it looks like I will have to go back to my normal sources to fill a last minute spot, turns out you can't give them away so I will just have to rent it out 😜
strange - anywhere else artists would jump on such an opportunity!
We have several on standby who are always keen on a free show from the area but I thought I would try something new and and try to give back to Steemit.
