The Tbilisi Botanical Garden (original)
The Tbilisi Botanical Garden is located in the heart of the capital of Georgia south of the Sololaki Ridge, in the valley of the Tsavkisiskali River. Like many attractions, it dates back to the end of the 19th century, when the royal garden was destroyed here. During the existence of this artificial reserve, the garden area has increased to 128 hectares, several beautiful bridges have been laid through the most inaccessible places of the garden, its collection has made over 3,500 rare plants. In some places, the composition of the flora is diluted with artificial fountains and picturesque waterfalls, which are not easy to meet in typical Georgian nature.
