howdy there @bobaphet! I am so glad that you did this vlog, I can identify so much with it. I am shocked that people are not showing up for those appointments with no notice! this has to be a newer thing, a cultural phenomenon, I don't think this happened decades ago. And that one clueless guy who showed up late and thought that was perfectly acceptable? wow!
