Do you mean that only the original developers can understand the programming language on the steem blockchain?
Does this mean that anyone can see the code, but not just anyone can understand it?
What i know about the blockchain, it is very close with programming language, if you want make decentralize application on the blockchain, for example on EOS platform we must understand about the programming language C++ to build application and every blockchain use different language programming include steemit, depending on the developer of team ( i don't know about the programming language on steemit).
