one foot in front of the other. the path narrow and widens, twists and turns, rises and falls; but one constant remains true : forward motion = travel... the feeling of stagnancy may only be removed through motion, and surely most folks would agree that forward motion would lead to progress. and most folks may agree that progress is crucial to developing a mind-frame which should allow success in transversing a path. most folks may even conclude that progress allows the refinement of the process which allows the attainment of goals to be achieved upon a path. and in order to begin this journey one constant remains : one foot in front of the other...
