Analytic Method of teaching reading of English تخلیقی طریقہ تدریس

                                                                                                                                It is also called look and say method .First we move from letter to words and then we again move from letter to words,phrases and sentences.The following method in analytical teaching of reading English are often used commonly.

1 .The word Method.    الفا ظ کا طریقہ

2. The phrase and sentence method.   جملوں کا طریقہ

(i) The Word Method.   الفا ظ کا طریقہ

                                                            This method is based on assumption that child learn the names of things and sentences.He can not understand meaningless words .So meaningful words can be taught.

                                                            At first the words are taught with the help of charts,pictures ,objects ,model etc.when child recognize the word then chart or model can be removed.

(ii) Phrase and Sentence Method.   جملوں کا طریقہ

                                                                                                In this method teaching should be started by phrase ,sentence and then it should be broken in to words .

Process of Teaching Reading by Analytical Method:

تجزیاتی طریقہ تدریس کے ذریعے مطالعاتی تدریس کا طریقہ

                                                                                                                                               Method of teaching reading of English are followed by these steps.

a. Use of Picture or Models:

تصاویر اور ما ڈلز کا استعمال

                                                                   in this method instead of introducing abstract ,concepts ,words should be introduced with the help of pictures or models .When students are able recognise s the word then picture or model can be removed.

b. Using Words in Context:

سیاق و سباق میں جملوں کا استعمال

                                                                The new words are introduced with the help of known structure .

for example:-

Students have already learnt ,

"This is ______ " by adding words it will become .

This is bat or this is ball.

Structural Analysis:  ساختی تجزیہ

                                                      Most words are combination of two forms .The students should be studied both forms separately.They would be directed to read the word by joining two forms .

For example:

                       students have already read two different words "Take and care"theycan easily read new word "take care" by reading take and care separately.

Phonetic Analysis: صوتی تجزیہ

                                 The letters or group of letters are called phonetic elements.The teacher by producing willingness of reading can teach them peculiar sounds of ch,sh,th, are ,as etc.
