Untrained teachers are better?

Dear Qualified teacher/educators of Malaysia,

You are considered to be lucky enough to be qualified to be in any Maktab Perguruan and UPSI, to be compared to those who are still struggling to enter these places.

But, why can't you guys perform well? Don't you remember, you are inspiring the future generations of Malaysia?
