Mungkinkah guru seperti embun yang hadirnya di pagi hari lalu hilang saat matahari telah bersinar penuh? Jika hanya ditafsirkan demikian, tugas guru hanyalah saat berada di lingkungan sekolah dan mendidik peserta didiknya sesuai dengan alokasi waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak sekolah. Selepas dari jadwal yang telah ditetapkan, guru tidak lagi berkewajiban mendidik generasi bangsa. Tentunya,penggalan lirik tersebut tidak dapat dimaknai dengan makna harafiah tanpa penjabaran lebih luas mengenai falsafah tugas guru.
Sebagai contoh, guru yang telah bersertifikat pendidik idealnya dituntun mengajar selama 24 jam selama seminggu. Tugas guru pada saat ini tidaklah mudah dibandingkan dengan guru yang mengajar tanpa ‘derasnya’ kemajuan teknologi. Kini, peserta didik dapat mengasah kemampuan kognitifnya dengan sumber belajar yang begitu banyak. Salah satunya, adanya alat teknologi informasi memungkinkan peserta didik belajar mandiri pada laman pembelajaran yang terdapat di dalam jaringan (online). Peserta didik dengan mudahnya mengunduh materi ataupun buku elektronik yang tedapat dalam jaringan dan hanya bermodalkan akses intenet. Oleh karena itu, guru diharapkan lebih fokus pada penajaman psikomotorik peserta didik dan pembentukan karakter atau yang lazim disebut afektif.
Berangkat dari persoalan tersebut, pesatnya kemajuan alat teknologi dan informasi telah menjadi bumerang bagi pemakainya. Tak ayalnya, akibat informasi yang disebarkan pada media sosial (Facebook) terdapat ujaran kebencian, pengguna Facebook dapat dikenakan sanksi pidana. Hal ini telah menjadi tren baru dan tak jarang tiba-tiba kita mendapatkan informasi pengguna Facebook si A dilaporkan polisi karena mencermankan nama baik, ataupun membagikan foto yang tidak senonoh.

Pengguna Facebook adalah guru bagi dirinya sendiri serta para pembacanya adalah siswa. Tentunya, status yang kita bagikan tersebut menjadi perhatian bagi pengguna lainnya untuk dikomentari. Oleh karena itu, tak ada salahnya interprestasi pembaca tidak sama seperti yang hendak dituliskan pada media sosial.
Akhirnya, pengguna Facebook yang diibaratkan seperti guru dikomentari oleh siswanya terkait tulisan yang dibagikannya. Tentunya, bagi siswa yang merasa dirugikan, ia akan mencari pembenaran, bahkan mencoba menyerang balik terhadap gurunya bila hal tersebut dianggap sangat merugikan dirinya. Jika di dalam dunia nyata, tentulah seorang guru akan berhati-hati terhadap perkataan yang dia katakan. Begitu juga perbuatan yang diperlihatkan kepada siswanya haruslah benar-benar mencerminkan seorang guru, bila tidak, ia dianggap tidak layak menjadi guru ataupun akan diberi lakap yang bermacam-macaam oleh siswanya sendiri.
Ujaran Kebencian
Ada banyak persoalan tata bahasa yang semula dianggap kecil justru bedampak besar bagi penuturnya, bahkan pengunanya dikenakan sanksi pidana dengan pasal berlapis.
