I hear you!

I am a corporate trainer and I teach self-organization, better communication, and better workplace dynamics. I teach adults, but the feeling is very similar.

When you have people who have been little more than cogs most of their lives learn how to unlock their own potential and start driving the growth of their workplace in a way that makes​ sense for them and in a way that will allow them to reach their potential, it's nothing short of magic. They become​ passionate about​ what they do, and all that they can now accomplish.

I wouldn't trade that for the world.
