There was a private school. The children of the city used to study in the same school. One day lunch was going on in school. The school teacher saw a girl crying sitting in the class. The teacher went to that girl and said to that girl, why are you crying? At first the girl did not say anything and remained silent, but when the teacher repeatedly asked her, the girl told him that she used to remember everything last year. I was very smart. But this year I have a lot of difficulty in studying. I am not able to concentrate properly on my studies and I am failing in every paper.
Now the teacher had come to know about the girl's problem. Now the teacher thought that all the children should be motivated through a story. Now the school lunch was over.
The teacher was already present in the class. To teach the children something new, the teacher took out a 100 rupee note from his pocket. Now he showed the note to the children and said, can you tell how much rupee note this is? All the children said, teacher worth Rs 100. Now the teacher said. Who would like to take this note? All the children raised their hands. Now that teacher took that note in his fist and crushed it badly. Now the teacher again showed the note to the children and said that now this note is crushed. Who would want to take it now? All the children raised their hands again.
Now the teacher threw that note on the ground and rubbed it in the soil, then the teacher picked up the note and asked the children again. Now who would like to take this note? Again the children raised their hands. Now the teacher smilingly said to the children, today I have taught you all a lesson. I crushed this 100 rupee note with my hand but still its value remained 100 rupees.
Then I rubbed this note on the ground and made it dirty. Still the value of this note remained only Rs 100. In the same way, the value of a human being and the capability of a human being always remain the same. No matter how much trouble comes your way, no matter how much dust of trouble falls on you, you should not lose your value. You were better yesterday and better today too. The girl sitting in that class room had understood everything. She studied hard and passed with good marks.
