Lipa - tea
Lipoid tea is recommended for colds with temperature. This tea also acts as a preventive one, so you can make a glass if you get home with cold or wet feet. Lime-sized compresses are recommended for refreshing tired and relaxed skin. The leg-bath and lime leaves soothe the nerves.
Lime Tea:
Pour 2 teaspoons of dry linden color with 1 cup of boiling water. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then strain. To get sweat, drink 2 cups of tea fromlime lime and wrap in a blanket to get warm.
Mixture of lime tea:
Mix 1 teaspoon of linden color with 1 teaspoon of dry rosehip, half a teaspoon of orange peel and half a teaspoon of elderberry color. Pour the mixture with 1 cup of boiling water. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then strain. Drink 2 cups a day.
Paws:
Pour 3 teaspoons of dry linden color with 1 cup of boiling water. Leave to soak for 10 minutes. Strain and let cool. Dip a linen cloth into the potion and place on well-washed skin for 10 minutes in the morning and in the evening.
Foot bath:
Mix 5 tablespoons of dry linden color with 3 tablespoons dried lime leaves. Boil in 1 liter of water. Let it cool down. Pass through a strainer and squeeze the sludge. Add the decoction to a hot bath for your feet and soak your feet for 10-15 minutes.
