TCL TV NEVER SENT MY TV REPLACEMENT - LIED!

First they said they would repair it. They would send a repairman to house.

Then they said they would ship a replacement and that it would arrive in 3-5 days and they then sent an email saying they could not ship it to that address so they would ship it to WALMART where I bought it.

Nothing so far. They do not honor their warranty or back their products up at all. They have a support team which does nothing but stall and then they do nothing.

I was a fool for believing they would first send a repairman and second that would send a replacement.

Note I began on August 14th to file for the warranty when the TV shut off while we watching a DVD Movie.

The TV was bought March 24th, 2024 and is a piece of crap. It only lasted until August 12th, 2024.

They sell crap and don't back it up.

They lie and say will repair their products but do not

They and say they will replace it then do not.
