*Norindra Say was arrested as part of our March, 2006 sting in Laguna Beach, California, after chatting with a PeeJ decoy pretending to be a 13 year old girl. He broached the topic of sex and meeting by inquiring at length about the decoy's past sexual experiences, and within half an hour of the first message, he asked the decoy to "hook up" for sex. He proved his intent by arriving at the bust house, and he was charged with attempted lewd acts with a child under the age of 14. Prior to arrest, Say worked as an engineer.
After a few initial hearings, Norindra Say began to no-show his court appearances and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
