#tbt Sketchbook page through part 1

Hello!

This is the first video in a 6 part series where I take you along on a journey through my sketchbooks. It was fun doing these videos in 2016 and seeing how far I've come.

This video covers 1999 to 2008 which includes my time in high school, college at The Animation School in Woodstcok Cape Town and starting my first job in the animation industry.
I didn't start keeping an actual sketchbook until 2009 so I will be taking you through a pile of loose paper sketches that show a variety of fantasy creatures and dinosaurs.

1999- I wanted to do a whole series of Dragon Valour

2001- I was inspired by the Jurrasic Park 3 trailer.

2004- A commision for a friend

2006- Second year in Animation School.
