Fascinating article! Do you have any idea how much the cheapest condo or cottage costs in that town? I have a feeling that property is very expensive. Can any EU citizen live there since it is part of Italy?
I'm not looking for a place but you could easily check the prices on line. For sure more expensive than outside of the town.
