The American revolution was in large part started over a 3% sales tax on tea. Can you imagine that, 3%. What would the men who died in that revolution think of our government today? The problem is that taxation has been normalized to the mindless masses. If 100 of the same people were dropped on an island together and 1 of them took out a gun and said give me your money, I am collecting taxes; everyone would realize what a psychopathic practice taxation is.

Advocating for taxation is advocating for the forceful robbery of the property of people who have not initiated violence against anyone else. Taxation is an immoral practice. People who fail to understand morals believe that taxation is a form of altruism. Forcing others to hand over their property at threat of imprisonment can never be altruistic. It is tyranny, and the people who advocate for it have a form of psychopathy. The notion that they are not able to recognize the type of violent tyranny they routinely advocate for.

The problem is that people get their sense of morals from government ran schools and popular television culture. It is all propaganda. people are unable to think outside of the cultural paradigm in which they are born. How could society function without taxation? If you read Ben Franklins autobiography you would know that he started and paid for a Philadelphia fire department by setting up a lottery. What about food? The notion that government keeps our food safe now is easily disprovable. Companies like subway are routinely discovered putting " rubber like substances" in food. The FDA rules and regulations are bought and paid for by multimillion dollar corporations. The sad part is people believe authority has declared such food "safe to eat". So people eat it.

If you understand free markets the answer is obvious. Companies would develop who would offer lists of checked and verified safe food places in exchange for a Netflix model like subscription. Just don't eat food from companies that have not been checked. The food would be safer, people would pay, and it does not require taxation. When government steps out of the way, everything gets better.
