How do you write truth without having language? I believe the initial rules must be very simple. Basically, "you may add a node" and "link nodes" as a user, and "you may select your preferred edge" from any node. Then anyone can decide what pathways to take. Eventually a language can evolve from which truth can be spoken and chosen. Based on choices a computer language may come about and whatever built upon it.

This all still seems very theoretical though.
