꿀휴무를 보내기 위한 보양식 맛집
긴연휴가 지났어요!
저는 그동안 체력적으로 너무 힘들었었어서
연휴의 시작은 보양식을 먹고 건강하게 보내기로 결정했습니다!
제가 선택한 보양식은 “장어” 인데요
장어는 말하지 않아도 누구나 다 아는 스테미너에 좋은 음식이죠!
탱글탱글하게 올라온 살이 보이시나요? 테이블옆에는 장어 맛있게 굽는 법 이라고해서
껍질부분을 먼저 2분간 익히고 살부분을 익히라구 적혀있더라구요~
기본상차림인데 정육식당처럼 밖에서 장어를 결제하면 미리미리 상차림을 준비하고 자리를 안내해주셔서 매장내부가 복잡하지 않아서 좋았어요
숯도 화력이 굉장히 좋아서 익는데 오래걸리지 않았고 장어 특유의 흙냄새나 비린내도 나지 않아서 너무너무 맛있었어요!! ❤️
사람이 너무 많아서 매장내부 사진은 못찍었지만 저는 다음에 또 가려구요 ~~
