Food street wandering and Almonds

Dried fruits are my favorite in winter. One of the best dried fruits is almond. Almond is street food in my area in the winter season. There are many varieties of almonds available. Some almonds do not taste good. when we break them to eat, we find seeds of bitter taste or poisonous taste.

it is best that whenever buy almond , buy nut almond. nut almond is known as "mom phali badam" it is very easy to break like nut. older people,kids,and young all can break it very easy with hands fingers. one of the best quality of this almond is that you will never get bitter or bad taste seed from them .

i saw many people prefer to buy cheap or bad quality almond but it is not good, it is just waste of money. mom phali almond has good taste, sweet and also good for brain health.

it is very much famous street food in my city.you can see at every chok or road along, almond,walnuts,peanuts,pine nut,pistachio,prunes,and pumpkin seeds, seller .

i like mom phali almond that look very beautiful,its colors is classic.it has soft shell that is easy to break. it has exquisite flavour. it is very best for kids brain health in study age.

some people say that how to recognize bitter almonds on street, becasue some street sellear say that it is sweet and also cheap, so they try trap customers with these words. dear friends, one things keep in mind before buying almonds on street. if almonds has hard shell it is 80% chances that it is bitter almonds. so if you wana eat good almonds , then always prefer to buy soft shell almonds for self, for family

i went to buy street food to buy almonds, so i saw this shop that is located near old railway area. here i saw good almods, first ate some almonds to check quality and taste of them. some seller mix the hard shell and soft shell almonds. always try to find good street food seller that has good quality food. there are some pictures that i took at that time.

it is soft shell almonds that has good taste.

below almond are also good but its shell is little hard, not very much hard , but this quality of also good , you will not find bitters seed from them after breaking them.
