Today, in Hanoi, the weather is very hot, temperatures reached 40 degress, because of the hotness I immediately think of ice cream. To tell about ice cream in Vietnam, I can't ignore Trang Tien Ice-cream, or "Kem Tràng Tiền "
Trang Tien Ice-cream has been an irreplaceable treat for many generation of Hanoians since it opened in 1958. Anybody who has had the chance to taste it can hardly forget the unique tradition of the capital city - eating Trang Tien ice-cream while standing!
It has maintained its reputation thanks to the particular quality an flavors. Despite its fame, the price is very reasonable - everyone can enjoy it.
Trang Tien ice-cream parlor is always crowd with people, especial in the affternoon. People queue up from outside to buy ice cream
It is famous for the wide variety of flavors including green bean, chocolate, young glutinous rice and milk which are sweet and delicious.
Every time go to Ho Guom lake, I often eat some ice-cream. My favorite ice-cream parlor is at 35 Trang Tien Street.

A good ice cream to refresh the body is the best alternative when the heat is oppressive.
Good thing they have that ice cream parlor of great prestige, chocolate would be my favorite.
