Buongiorno gente, oggi vado a raccontarvi di una delle pasticcerie piu' storiche di tutta Vienna, nonche' la pasticceria preferita dalla corte degli Asburgo, la DEMEL.
Situata nell' isola pedonale nel centro di Vienna, dista circa 300 mt dal Palazzo Reale di Hofburg, sede e residenza imperiale degli Asburgo, e se venite qui, non potete assolutamente mancare un assaggio delle loro squisite torte.

Hello people, today I am going to tell you about one of the most historic pastry shops in all of Vienna, as well as the favorite pastry shop of the Habsburg court, DEMEL.
Located in the pedestrian area in the center of Vienna, it is about 300 meters from the Royal Palace of Hofburg, seat and imperial residence of the Habsburgs, and if you come here, you cannot miss a taste of their delicious cakes.

Si entra in pasticceria a fatica, in un edificio in tipico stile viennese, che ricorda i tempi del dominio asburgico e subito si percepisce la storia di questo locale.
Si possono ammirare i decori e gli arredamenti del tempo nella hall iniziale, poi, proseguendo dritto, si puo' dare una sbirciata al loro laboratorio creativo, e qui, cari ragazzi, l' acquolina in bocca cresce in un istante 😀😀

Per sedersi bisognava aspettare dai 20 ai 30 minuti, percui ho optato per prendere un trancio di torta d'asporto. Nelle ampie vetrine vicino alle casse vi è una notevole possibilità di scelta.

Nella scelta ho richiesto cortesemente 2 fette di torta, di cui una senza Glutine, in quanto la mia ragazza è allergica.
Senza battere ciglio, mi hanno proposto ben 4 torte Gluten-free e cosi, anche la mia ragazza, ha potuto gustarsi una torta regale 😋
Consiglio vivamente di venire in questa meravigliosa pasticceria, dove TUTTI possono gustarsi una fantastica "torte" austriaca.

In the choice I kindly requested 2 slices of cake, one of this without Gluten, as my girlfriend is allergic.
Without blinking an eye, they offered me 4 Gluten-free cakes and so, even my girlfriend, she could enjoy a royal cake 😋
I highly recommend coming to this wonderful bakery, where EVERYONE can enjoy a fantastic Austrian "torte".
