Today we are going to talk about a small bar located in the Val Chisone, in Claviere, on the border between Italy and France, characterized by top quality salami and hams.

Oggi andiamo a parlare di un piccolo bar situato nella Val Chisone, a Claviere, al confine tra Italia e Francia, caratterizzato da salami e prosciutti di prima qualita'.

The restaurant is small, has a nice outdoor area of about 25/30 seats and a small room inside.
I highly recommend visiting the summer bar otherwise you will find it hard to sit.

Il locale è piccolino, presenta un bel dehor esterno da circa 25/30 posti e una piccola sala all'interno.
Consiglio vivamente di visitare il bar d' estate altrimenti farete fatica a sedervi.

I stopped in this bar after a nice ride with my girlfriend. A nice quick snack with the typical dishes of this area.
Platter of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by honey and jams. A real treat for the eyes and even more for the palate.
After a stop of about an hour we left to go home.

Mi sono fermato in questo bar dopo un bel giro in moto con la mia fidanzata. Un bello spuntino veloce con i piatti tipici di questa zona.
Tagliere di salumi e formaggi accompagnati da miele e marmellate. Una vera delizia per gli occhi e ancor piu' per il palato.
Dopo una sosta di circa un' ora siamo ripartiti per tornare a casa.

A good bar for a quick snack. Try it if you are passing through, but it is certainly not a TOP class in its sector.

Un buon bar per uno spuntino veloce. Da provare se siete di passaggio, ma non e' di certo un TOP class nel suo settore.
