Japanese Restuarant rewiew - Sun Sushi @ Manta ( Cuneo) - Italy
Hello everyone, here we are with the review of the new Japanese restaurant in Manta, a small town about 25 km from Cuneo, in Italy, the Sun Sushi japanese restaurant.
Ciao a tutti, eccoci qua con la recensione del nuovo ristorante giapponese a Manta, una cittadina a circa 25 km da Cuneo, in Italia, il ristorante giapponese Sun Sushi.
It looks like a completely new room, well furnished and very bright, nice to see at night, like when we went.
Dinner includes an all you can eat where you can really eat everything.
Nigiri, Temaki, Urumaki, Cantonese rice, more of everything.
As for drinking, the choice could certainly be wider, especially with regard to wine. Few whites and reds and not of quality.
E' un edificio completamente nuovo, ben arredato e molto luminoso, piacevole da vedere di notte, come quando siamo andati noi.
La cena include un All you can Eat dove puoi davvero mangiare tutto.
Nigiri, Temaki, Urumaki, riso cantonese, e molto altro.
Per quanto riguarda il bere, la scelta potrebbe sicuramente essere più ampia, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il vino. Pochi bianchi e rossi e non di qualità.
We start by ordering fried shrimps and baby cuttlefish, which are a pleasant surprise, very good and delicate on the palate.
Iniziamo ordinando gamberi fritti e seppioline, che sono una piacevole sorpresa, molto buone e delicate al palato.
Then we continue with some black rice and vegetable rolls. Details and also very good ones.
Quindi continuiamo con del riso nero e involtini di verdure. Interessanti e anche molto buoni.
We finish with a mix of typical dishes, roll with salmon and lightly spicy tuna. Too spicy that the taste of the fish inside feels little.
Concludiamo con un mix di piatti tipici, roll con salmone e tonno leggermente piccante. Troppo piccanti pro' che copre il sapore del pesce all' interno.
The place is very nice and clean, we entertained for about 2 hours. Quick service at the beginning, a little less when you had to tidy up some dishes. Medium-low quality wine.
Come back? Mmm ... if I've never eaten sushi, that's fine, but if you like it, there's certainly better.

Il posto è molto carino e pulito, ci siamo intrattenuti per circa 2 ore. Servizio rapido all'inizio, un po 'meno quando abbiamo dovuto riordinare alcuni piatti. Vino di qualità medio-bassa.
Ritorno? Mmm ... se non ho mai mangiato sushi, va bene, ma se ti piace, c'è sicuramente di meglio.

Per un primo assaggio della cucina giapponese si, ma se vuoi mangiare davvero un buon sushi, bisogna guardare altrove. Ciaoo

Hai ragione, questi locali sono molto distanti dalla cucina giapponese. Qualche volta li frequento ma non è assolutamente come mangiare il vero sushi giapponese.

buonissimo...io però punerei su vini anche di qualità...erchè il modo in cui il vino buono si annida tra le papille gustative fa apprezzare meglio il cibo
Sicuramente il vino a la sua importanza. La possibilità di scelta altrettanto. Abbinare vini giusto a piatti giusti non sempre è facile. Già è difficile nei ristoranti, la trovo molto molto dura in un sushi restaurant 😉
