Hello people, today we are going to review a new, new Japanese restaurant; just opened in the center of Cuneo, the capital of Granda, in Italy.
Easy to reach, at the beginning of the course that leads to the city center, it is immediately characterized by the classic Japanese style. Unmistakable restaurant.

Buongiorno gente, oggi andiamo a recensire un ristorante giapponese nuovo, nuovo; appena aperto in centro Cuneo, capoluogo della Granda, in Italia.
Facile da raggiungere, all' imbocco del corso che porta in centro citta', e' caratterizzato subito dal classico stile giapponese. Ristorante inconfondibile.

After entering, you immediately feel thrown into a different place from where you live, here you feel catapulted into Japan. The setting is characteristic and seems to have traveled 12 hours in 12 seconds.
Afterwards, the restaurant opens with tables dedicated to catering.

Dopo essere entrati, ti senti subito catapultato in un luogo diverso da dove vivi, qui ti senti catapultato in Giappone. L' ambientazione e' caratteristica e sembra di avere fatto 12h di viaggio in 12 secondi.
Dopo si apre il ocale con i tavoli dedicati alla ristorazione.

Once we reach the hall, we sit down.
We wait a couple of minutes to order so that we have time to read the rich menu present.

ITA
Raggiunta la sala, ci accomodiamo.
Attendiamo un paio di minuti per ordinare cosi da avere il tempo di sfoglaire il ricco menu' presente.

With a menu that is so inviting we cannot fail to taste a little of everything. We decide to order various courses with Uramaki, Nigiri, all accompanied by a good binco wine, a Ribolla Gialla.
Tasty dinner, but too spicy and heavy.

ITA
Con un menu' cosi invitante non possiamo non assaggiare un po' di tutto. Decidiamo cosi di ordinare varie portate con Uramaki, Nigiri , il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino binco, una Ribolla Gialla.
Cena gustosa, ma troppo speziata e pesante.

We conclude the dinner with a good coffee, you pay the right amount and you go home.
Nice place, nice structure, quite heavy food and difficult to digest.

Concludiamo la cena con un buon caffe', si paga il giusto e si torna a casa.
Bel locale, bella struttura, cibo parecchio pesante e difficile da digerire.
