Food Sharing #111 - Hokka Hokka @ Pitt Street Mall, Sydney
Hi Everyone,
I’m back at Hokka Hokka for lunch because my colleague was telling me they have a special anniversary lunch deal! Normally you only get 1 or 2 choices with your choice of rice or noodles but during this special period, you can choose up to 3 choices for $12.90!
For us who works in the city, lunch meals are pretty expensive if you eat out so this deal looks pretty attractive considering you get 3 choices. Even places like Hunter Connection charges $11 and the variety isn’t as great s Hokka Hokka. So below are some of the choices you can get. One thing you don’t need to worry here is the food is always fresh. they have so many people buying during lunch hour, everything gets topped very quickly.
As it was a cold day, I decided to have some fried rice, steam fish with ginger and shallots, black pepper beef and long beans with chicken. All that is only $12.90! Normally once choice would cost $11.90 and 2 choices $13.90. So this anniversary deal is pretty good in my opinion.
The taste has always been pretty good which is why they are so popular and I like the variety of choices each day. The other thing as mentioned previously it is all freshly cooked as the place is always so busy.

A meal like that for $12.90 is equivalent to RM34.00 which is extremely expensive in my opinion.
